How long have been at BXR?
My first day was January 4th, 2007. I'll let you do the math.

Where are you from?
St. Louis metro area, Illinois. I probably won't make many friends here in Tiger country saying this, but I also spent four years at the University of Illinois.

Favorite music:
Too many to list, but I'm usually happy when the Cure is playing. Yes, it is possible to be happy AND listen to the Cure.

Favorite Columbia bar or pub:
If it involves beer, occassional specials, and music I can sing along with, I'm easy to please.

Favorite Studio X performance:
Favorite performance - Derek Trucks Band. Favorite interview - Eric Hutchinson. Man, that guy knows a lot about Saved By The Bell.

Favorite BXR birthday show:
My first one is still my favorite - Modest Mouse at the Blue Note for BXR's 14th birthday.

Book, film or record that changed your life:
Weezer's first album. I'm sure it's hard to believe, but I was a really nerdy kid. Weezer made being a nerd, geek, and/or dork a whole lot cooler.

Strangest, funniest, or most embarrassing radio moment:
A good lesson to learn early in my radio career - taking a page out of the "Inside The Actors Studio" book and asking a musician his favorite curse word during a live interview is not a good idea.

What would you be doing if you weren't in radio?
Living in my parents' basement asking myself why I didn't get a more practical degree in college.

What else should we know about you?
I'm named after a member of the Beatles. Can you guess which one?
